Are there any Hunger Games fans here? well, the actress who is going to portray Katniss just spoke out. It's going to be Jennifer Laurence.
Now, I don't know about you guys, but I'm a bit dissapointed. She's too old, and I was kind-of hoping for them to give a chance to some undiscovered talent. Suzanne Collins supports her, though, so I'm ok with it. My main worry at the mement is if they can get her to look right, since that is something screwed up in oh-so many movies based on books.

Earthquakes in Japan
Most people reading this should know about the 8.9 earthquake in Japan earlier today (or yesterday, depending on where you live).
You'd think that it was as bad as it could get, but no. A 6.6 earthquake hit Japan, too. I'm sending my best wishes out to Japan, and I hope everyone else is too, because this is, to be blunt, really bad.

Alienzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
I am super enthusiastic, and I really hope the NASA guy didn't make a mistake! Alien fossils!
As in "fossilized extraterrestrial life forms"! As in ALIENS!
Sorry. I'm really excited. Someone at NASA apparently found microscopic bacteria-like fossils (verrrry small fossils) on a rock from a meteorite. Now they've got about a hundred experts + five thousand other scientists looking it over to make sure.
Can't wait to hear more! Part of me hopes this is the tip of the iceberg. The other part is kind of afraid it is. And the other part is reserving judgement until the make sure.
